Effective date: 10 October 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Premise360 platform. That covers the Premise360 web and mobile app at app.premise360.com, the user guide at docs.premise360.com and this website, premise360.com (together, the "Service"). The Service is owned and operated by NxTechWorks Consulting (OPC) Private Limited ("NxTechWorks", "we", "us").
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that organisation, and "you" includes that organisation. If your organisation has signed a separate agreement with NxTechWorks, that agreement applies wherever it conflicts with these Terms.
Premise360 is a cloud platform for environment, health and safety (EHS) and premise management. Its features include AI-assisted video analytics and alerts; incident and observation management; inspections and audits; permits to work; risk and compliance registers; training; documents; space and facility management; and emergency preparedness. The features available to you depend on your organisation's subscription and on the modules its administrators enable. We may improve, change or retire features over time.
Fees, subscription periods and the modules included are set out in your organisation's order, quotation or agreement with NxTechWorks. Applicable taxes, including GST, are charged in addition unless stated otherwise. If fees are unpaid, we may suspend access after giving notice.
You agree not to:
The Service includes AI features, such as camera detections and alerts, hazard detection in photos, text extraction from documents, suggested form entries and the AI Assistant. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Camera alerts depend on your cameras, network and setup working properly.
The Service is a tool to support your safety, compliance and facility programmes. It does not replace qualified professional judgement, your legal obligations or your emergency procedures. It is not an emergency service, and it must not be your only way of detecting or responding to emergencies.
The Service relies on third-party providers for hosting and file storage, AI processing, email delivery and push notifications. Those providers' own terms apply to their parts of the Service. We are not responsible for their outages beyond our reasonable control.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and to fix problems quickly. It may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. For support, contact info@nxtechworks.com.
NxTechWorks owns the Service, including its software, design, built-in content (such as standard checklists and templates), documentation and trademarks. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your organisation's subscription. If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them freely.
Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only to perform under these Terms. This does not apply to information that is public, already known, independently developed, or that the law requires to be disclosed.
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, NxTechWorks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the fees your organisation paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You will defend and compensate NxTechWorks against third-party claims that arise from Customer Data, or from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or the law.
These Terms apply while you use the Service. Either party may end the subscription as set out in your organisation's order or agreement. We may suspend or end access for a material breach of these Terms. Sections 4, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 16 continue after termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new effective date. If the changes are significant, we will also tell Customers by email or in the app. Using the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
